Location near the Galleria, right off the highway but very quiet. The breakfast buffet is better than most hotels and they give you two free drinks at happy hour if you're a guest. Average pet fee, although they do require that you don't leave your pet alone.

The hotel was nice, clean, and near restaurants and the freeway. The breakfast was average. Someone’s dishes sat in the hall our whole stay. Only one small area designated for dog relief and it was weedy and looked like chigger nirvana. And $100 pet fee for a one-night stay? Beyond greedy. Also, watch your bill. They charged us twice for the pet fee.

We booked this hotel in 2019 and were very happy. The hotel is beautiful, good location next to Cracker Barrel and Bandana's, close to the freeway, very clean and large breakfast options (although the eggs were those flat, round, frozen eggs). However, apparently Wyndham is now charging a $20 pet fee. We almost exclusively book LaQuinta due to the free pet policy, but if the company is now charging, that eliminates our loyalty and now we will just begin searching for a hotel the old way. I'd recommend the hotel but beware - pets no longer stay free.
