Very pet friendly
Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel by IHGThe check-in/valet process is a bit stressful as it is a small driveway and super busy. The rooms were small but nice and most importantly clean. The location was awesome and they were very pet friendly.
Cute and well kept
Dr. P. Phillips Community Dog ParkA very nice well kept dog park not too far from Westgate Lakes pet friendly resort we stay. It has small and large dog section. Has tables and water

Nice Patio And Good Food
Tarpon TavernI enjoyed being able to sit on the patio with furkids and have a drink and some good chicken wings

Taking Advantage
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Canton$300 for 2 nights Pet fee for a room that is $120 a night. Just ridiculous. I paid 150 for seven nights at the Westgate Lakes resort and spa in Orlando and this is double that. Floors aren’t even carpeted so hard it to justify carpet cleaning if there were an accident. Not to mention we probably left that room cleaner than most people do. Don’t even use the room cleaning service during the stay. We weren’t even in the room that much and when I have a holiday celebration to go to they stayed at friends in the area not even at the hotel. And have the nerve to posts they are pet friendly because pets are family too. Seriously? Appears more like management that’s trying to take advantage of someone That does feel that they are family and travels with them.
