Buddy is a rescue dog who was transported from the High Desert to the Valley for medical procedures. With the stress of transport and his medical procedure, we wanted to make it as pleasant as possible. We didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30am. When we arrived, BUDDY was only recognized because he was a dog and a dog fee applies to the room. There was confusion on my end because I thought those fees were already added. You paid every fee here under the sun. $50 non-refundable dog fee per dog up to 50lbs and non-refundable pet cleaning fee and parking fee of $25 per night for parking on-site, otherwise, good luck in Hollywood or Los Angeles.
In the middle of the night, I received a nuisance call because Buddy barked twice in the hotel room which I quickly got up and got him on leash to run him out into the parking lot so he could relieve himself.
In the morning I found out that this hotel didn’t have a dedicated dog run and there were dog parks miles away.
From the people perspective, the bed was hard, the pillows were small and the bathroom had dirt grime or needed some updating. We won’t be staying at this location again.
