I am a retired teacher (English, reading and communications) from grades 6-college. After 40 plus years and some dicey heart trouble I finally called it a day. I miss the interaction terribly but not the grading of essays, research papers etc. I fell head over heels in love with Pit Bulls several years ago as a volunteer in CT. Since then I've made my best effort to educate and advocate for these awesome dogs. I think I'll be doing more. But I love ALL dogs-and cats-and horses-I've loved animals for almost always and do what I am able to do in support of rescue, nurturing, rehabilitation and adoption-"until they all have a home." I am SO thankful my wife found the Bring Fido site. Now we can bring both of our girls when we travel. We split our time between Vermont and Delaware, and happily both neighborhoods are very dog friendly. Okay then-I hope to talk with (and meet???) some of you one of these days soon.

Welcoming the dogs made the trip much easier on us!
Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel and Conference CenterThe hotel itself was fine-in fact it offered every feature my wife and I look for in a hotel PLUS we could have our dogs with us. The room was pretty and clean, breakfast was yummy, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the layout of the hotel-it felt like a journey getting from the lobby back to our room (good exercise though). But if you need or want a hotel that welcomes your animals, use BringFido. You'll find all that you need there.
