I took Ace inside to order our food through the line with no complaint at all and then went outside to eat. I forgot a drink and the staff were nice enough to come outside and take my card to go get one and even gave me a larger size than I asked for. They were so kind and welcoming. The patio is also nice and all the tables have sturdy poles so you can safely tie your dog to them without worrying about them knocking the tables over or causing problems!
