What a great State Park ! The beach where dogs are welcome on one side of the park and lots of shaded hiking trails across the main road . We came in Dec off season ( had a 65 degree weekend) so it was Incredible. Taste is a great place to eat a few miles away and there is a good dog park across from it.

Large dog friendly with a welcoming staff. They chatted with us every night and gave treats. Pretty hotel that has a dog potty area as well a restaurant on site w room service. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. 4 minutes to beach.
