Nice Patio
Hurricane Grill & WingsThe outdoor area is nice, they have misters for warm weather. The food is basic but they do have a dog menu if you ask. I’ve been several times and the service level depends completely on the server.

Good Breakfast
Landmark CafeWe had breakfast outside on a shaded sidewalk. Pleasant surroundings and good food. They allowed us to have our small dog with us but basically ignored him.

Dog Friendly
3 Kings KasbarNice patio with picnic tables and some cushioned benches. Food was decent but fairly pricey...$15 for 3 Street Tacos (!) and $10 for a very small pour of wine. There is a dog park across the street. We were there after dark and there were several homeless people camped out in there.
