There is a grassy lot next to this building, and grassy spaces along the waterfront boardwalk just a block away. All grassy areas were well kept, and the community does a great job of picking up after their pets. I have 4 bones instead of 5 only because the apartment is one story up. Our 2-year-old cavalier spaniel had no problems with the stairs, but it could be difficult if you have a pet with joint issues. This is a very pet-friendly community!
