I'd give it a 5 if it wasn't for the fact that this is not a handi-cap accessible location. 3 large concrete steps up to get inside from the parking lot made it difficult for my companion to enter & exit the facility.

For the price, I was expecting a nicer location. Tweakers stay here as well as contingent of homeless folk hanging out in the parking lot while packing car after check-out.
I have nothing against homeless people, in fact, Colorado in the winter is a horrible place to live on the streets. But Tweakers in close proximetry creates real concern over the safety of my vehicle and belongings.

The room was clean and warm when I arrived. The fridge freezer setting was apparently off, although I could not see by looking as the lighting in the room is very dim. So my ice packs melted overnight in the freezer. And the ice machine was out of order.
The staff person who checked me in did not wear a face mask until I insisted, even though a mandatory mask order was in place in Colorado.

The room was clean, but a refrigerator and microwave oven would have really made my stay much more pleasant since I wanted to eat, but had not way of warming up my food.
