I booked a room at the Red Roof plus hotel in Fort Myers 12/25/2026. The exterior is okay looks like they are repairing and upgrading amenities. But, the rooms are poorly taken maintained. Dirty sheets, brown drops on the floor, black dirt/burn mark by smoke detector. Bathtub cracked and rusted. Priorities on property is out of order. Truly disappointed in the entire stay. It's a private owned Red Roof being franchised. I attached pictures of the room and elevator tiles. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I work in the hospitality industry for 15 years and I’m not a big complainer, but soooo many red flags at This Red Roof location.
