Disgusting and filthy

We drove in, checked in and were given the key. We went to the room and the beds had not been made, the room was filthy. We went back to the front desk and when they gave us a second key, someone was in the room. They finally gave us a another room, and it had all other kinds of problems. The smoke detector for the ceiling was removed and wires were hanging from the ceiling. Paint was coming off the ceiling. There was mold and a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The toilet seat in the bath was cracked and pinched you when you sat on it. It was a total mess. You should remove this place from your listing. We have always counted on you for a good recommendation, and this was awful
