Cedar Breaks Park

Crockett Gardens and Falls

I tried going here but there was no parking. So I went a little further down DB Wood and turned on Cedar Breaks Park. As soon as you enter the gate, immediately to the left it says hiking trail. It is so great! It's a little of everything. It's rocky, flat, curvy, steep at times. My dogs loved it. The best part is about a couple miles in, there's a trail to the water. My dogs are fish. We've been there 3 times so far and have only made it that far everytime because the dogs make a b-line to the water. Very clean trail. For the most part pet owners pick up after their dogs. The trails are challenging for the beginner and dogs who don't hike. So please keep an eye on your dog as you hike. Have plenty of water. We've been to several hiking trails and this is by far our favorite so far. You do have to keep your dog on a leash. But there is a section where you may need to let go of the leash so you and your dog can maneuver your way up or down safely. Great trail!
