Dog days are the best days!
Dog Admission Day at Morton ArboretumWe absolutely loved our visit with the dogs. The main area can get crowded so make sure to go off on the trails farther away such as the “joy trail”
Great stop for drinks only
LandShark Bar & GrillI recently visited Landshark Bar and Grill at Branson Landing and overall, I would give it a three-star rating. The staff, drinks, and location were all satisfactory, but the food needs significant improvement.
If you're looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors with your furry friend, have a refreshing drink, and watch the water and fire show, Landshark Bar and Grill is a great choice. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The drinks were well-made and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience.
However, I cannot recommend eating at Landshark Bar and Grill. The food quality was extremely mediocre, and the prices were surprisingly high. I was genuinely shocked by the poor quality of the food, particularly the chicken sandwich, which resembled something you would find at a gas station. Considering the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and taste.
Perfect stop for the humans and pooch
Lindberg's TavernOverall, our experience at the tavern was great. We specifically chose to sit outside on the patio so that our dog could join us, and we were pleased with the pet-friendly atmosphere.
To start off our meal, we ordered the Crab Rangoon dip, and it was absolutely amazing. The dip was creamy and flavorful. It was served with crispy tortilla chips, and a sweet and sour sauce which complemented the dip well.
For the mains, we tried the Dubliner burger and the Turkey Club sandwich. The Dubliner burger was fantastic, packed with so much flavor. The patty was juicy and the toppings, including the corn beef and Guinness braised mushroom, added a unique and delicious twist to the smash burger.
The Turkey Club sandwich was also very good. The turkey was flavorful, and it was accompanied by crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes. The combination of ingredients worked well together, creating a tasty sandwich.
The service at the tavern was friendly and attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The outdoor patio provided a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog along.
Remi loved the cave tour!
Fantastic CavernsWe had a great experience on the cave tour at Fantastic Caverns. Our tour guide, Andy, was knowledgeable and entertaining, providing us with a great understanding of the cave's history. She also added some humor, which made the tour even more enjoyable. One unique aspect of the tour was that we got to ride in a jeep / wagon down into the cave. It was a cool and exciting experience, adding to the adventure of exploring the caverns. The ride was smooth and comfortable with Andy navigating. We were also thrilled that the tour was pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our dog along. It was wonderful to be able to share this experience with our pup and create a unique memory together. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the beauty and history of the cave especially with your well behaved pup.
