I have a 6-year-old Bichon and a 10-week-old BRT who stake their claim on me.

Ranger is always happy to stay and sad to come home when he boards at Ruff-Inn-It! The staff is careful of my retired service dog, attentive to his special needs, and have gone above and beyond to make sure he is happy, comfortable, and not missing me *at all* when I’ve had to go out of town (that is a supreme accomplishment when you’re dealing with a retired service dog who hates to be apart from his mom/handler for even a quick stay at home while I run to the grocery store let alone a few over nights.) We walk in the door and they do their best to make sure the same staff he’s dealt with in the past comes out to greet him and his tail wags and he’s up, greeting them and walking away with a hint of a backward glance. Pics while I’m away show him as happy (or more!) than he’d be if he could be at home. If you’re in central IL and need to board or do doggie daycare/grooming, this is the place to use. They are safe, knowledgeable, pleasant, have great communication, and will work to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner if they arise.
