Fun for dogs! Great views!

We went closer to the trail near the Lovelace sign. Not too bad a trail, a little steep but manageable for dogs. You have to have them on leash but there are some open meadow areas in the beginning where you can sneak them off if they listen and stay close. The trail was fairly clean although there was some trash here and there. Hopefully people don’t continue that trend and clean up after themselves. It started hailing a bit so we didn’t stay long but the bit of views we saw a mile in were still enjoyable!
