Great Spot. Great Cocktails. Great Food
Bitters & BonesI have been coming here every vacation since they opened. When we got a dog it became take out only and no cocktails. Luckily there's now a new back patio where they brought out a water bowl and they were very dog friendly. Large bar area with stools five picnic tables with umbrellas for shade. One flight of wide stairs for timid pups to go up. Love the food and cocktails.
Very friendly and great food
The Hotdog CartWe camped at Schoodic Woods and I wish we knew about this place from day 1. Outdoor area to eat with your dog. Hot Buttered lobster roll and fried haddock sandwich were delicious. Wish it was closer to home, I would go weekly. I'm assuming the owners were operating everything. They were very friendly and gave us tips of where to go and we had a great conversation. They explained the area and pointed us in the right direction to find what we were looking for.
Dog Friendly For Sure
Beal's Lobster PierAsked if it was dog friendly and the guy said everywhere dogs are allowed even in the ordering area. When he was picking out table we explained our dog preferred a secluded area and he went out and found us a table in the corner. Pick your lobster at the register. Great experience

42 North Brewing CompanyOpen outdoor area for the dog and a freshly filled dog water bowl for her.
Good Food and Beer
Big Slide BreweryLarge patio with full drink and food service and grassy area by the patio. There were 3 other dogs when we arrived and we grabbed a corner where others came to greet our dog. She quickly laid down in the grass and hung out for dinner.
Don't expect restaurants to allow dogs inside in NY. I asked a place if the patio was dog friendly and they said as long as it never comes inside due to health codes. This was very dog friendly.
