Super dog friendly
Hotel 24 SouthWe had a fantastic stay at Hotel 24 South. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog, and it felt like they really meant it. Our room was well presented, and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to the downtown shops and restaurants and is right next door to Blackfriar’s Theater. Food at Hotel 24 South from the buffet breakfast to casual evening meals in the bar was great also.

Great food and service
Byers Street BistroWhilst enjoying a short stay in Staunton we dropped in Byers Street Bistro with our pooch for dinner. It was a very hot evening and we found a table on their large dog friendly patio out front.
Calvin our server is clearly devoted to his job and customer service.
The meal and ice cold beers were fabulous and a bowl of iced water was provided for our four legged dinner companion.
