Positive experience!
DocksideAfter a full day of hiking in Hunting Island State Park we stopped in before driving 3 hours back home. Food was really good, server was amazing and brought our dog a bowl of fresh water. The patio was a comfortable temperature. We even put in an order for a plain hamburger so Noodle had something to eat while we enjoyed our dinner. My husband had the ribeye which he said had alot of flavor and I had the crab cakes which had HUGE chunks of crabmeat in them. Whenever we are back in the area this will be our go to spot. Highly recommend!

Unique experience!
Cool River TubingTook our 60 lb standard poodle and rented him his own tube. He was overwhelmed at first but settled down after about 15 mins and layed in the tube. There were several non aggressive rapids, nothing we were at risk of tipping over from, some small waterfall drops that I steadied his tube for and we were also strapped together. I put ruffwear boots on him in case we had to walk on the riverbed at all. The amount of people fishing and fishing line and hooks we seen on trees and wrapped around stuff was enough to convince me he didn't need a hook in his paw today. We did the 2 hour trip, but I think the 1 hour would have been plenty. Overall great experience and I think if he could have sat with me if there was a tube big enough it would have been way more relaxing for him. Would not recommend for a highly anxious or hyper dog. And make sure you trim and file their nails so they don't puncture the tubes!

Dog friendly donut shop!
Peace, Love and Little Donuts of St. AugustineThere was a sign in the window advertising donuts for the pups so we stopped. They invited our dog in and welcomed him with open arms which was awesome because dogs are usually not allowed inside where food is prepared. They fixed our dog up his own little donut dipped in peanut butter, sprinkled with bacon and finished with a little milk bone. It was a huge hit, of course!

Dog friendly, great food!
O.C. White's RestaurantWe heard great things about this restaurant from the locals and the fact we could bring our dog and walk off dinner downtown afterwards was a huge plus. Crab cakes were to die for. Shrimp and grits were superb and of course we HAD to get a slice of key lime pie while in Florida! The kitchen grilled up an unseasoned chicken breast for our standard poodle and provided fresh ice water and a shady table on the patio. Highly recommend!

Fantastic hotel!
Sleep Inn & Suites O'Fallon MO - Technology DriveClean and in a safe location with great restaurants around and a vet right down the street. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone treated our standard poodle well. Requested a first floor but only third was available but it was fine because our dog actually loved riding the elevator and would drag us in as soon as the door opened. Lots of grass for potty area too. We will definitely stay again whenever we go back home to STL.
