We took our nervous pittie out on the patio, and we were about to find a table in the back corner where we weren’t crowded. He settled after awhile and we had some good drinks and good food. There were lots of other dogs there too.

There are a few rocky trails through the trees that lead down to the water, and a paved walkway that overlooks the water on one side and the valley on the other. It wasn’t too crowded and the water was incredibly blue and clear. We had a great time!

Our 9mo pittie is learning how to be in public. We’re taking it slow because he is nervous. We’re in Austin because we evacuated the coast for a hurricane. He’s had a rough couple of days, but the shaded patio, surrounded by landscaping and a fence helped to create a quiet outdoor restaurant experience for him. He was served water immediately and he loved the chips (so did we!). We would absolutely recommend Texican!
