Even our dog hated it
Suburban Studios of WilmingtonOur first nonsmoking room wasn't clean, smelled like smoke, there was garbage in the dresser, candy stuck to the floor, kitchen counter covered in large crumbs, table had a giant sticky spot on it, bathroom had splatter everywhere. We got moved to a second room and it wasn't much better; very sticky floor, crumbs in every corner, tons of flies, bathroom smelled like smoke. Our dog didn't even want to stay - she stood by the door the whole time we were there begging to leave. Only nice thing was the beds were made and the girl at the front desk was very kind.

Best place to take your dog!
Good Dog Bar & Dog Park - AuburnWe are no strangers to off-leash dog parks and bars, we are actually members at our local one, so we had very high expectations going in. We were pleased to find out expectations were exceeded at Good Dog! The space is large, gorgeous, and clean, the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful, and our dog had a blast with all her new doggie friends. We had just driven 8hrs from NC so it was nice to have a place where both the dog and us humans to stretch our legs and grab a drink. The employees even helped us find a dog friendly restaurant for dinner afterwards. Highly recommend!

Great Location, Selection, & Staff
Anchor Coffee Co.Adorable space, variety of drink options (alcoholic and non) and fair pricing! This was our first time here and we'll definitely be back! Staff was great and greeted our pup like a regular! We usually visit Incendiary next door but this was a quieter option and more the vibe we needed that day after a long road trip.
Bonus: there's a pizza place and brewery next door, a park across the street and ice cream shops nearby.

Great location!
La Quinta by Wyndham Knoxville Central PapermillRates were great, we loved that there was no pet fee! The hotel was conveniently located near everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were a couple well stocked poop stations which was much appreciated!

New Fave!
Granny's Country KitchenOur new favorite breakfast spot at the beach! The food was awesome and service was great! We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather on their dog friendly patio. For outdoor seating just walk up to the service window to order and they bring the food out too you. They had water bowls outside and every staff we encountered was respectful and friendly toward Hazel.

New favorite local park!
Haw River State ParkTook our pup here for the first time this weekend and we're already making plans to go back next weekend! Beautiful park, all trails connect back together at some point, and very clean facilities. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and work on some training drills and our pup was super confident on the trails. Even though there was just a big storm that knocked down tons of trees and limbs throughout town, the paths were very well maintained and we had no issues.

Our Second Home
Doggos Dog Park & PubAwesome place with even better staff! We like taking our pup out with us but always feel bad having to keep her on leash. At Doggos, humans can enjoy drinks while the pups enjoy the company of their friends in a safe off leash establishment. Their new location has both indoor and outdoor areas and a full bar! They offer nachos and other snacks, no "real" food but they do allow you to bring your own or have food delivered there! The members are great too, like family, they make sure new comers feel welcome and safe bringing their dogs back in the future!

Convenient Play Day
Dog Park at LeBauer ParkSmall, well maintained newer dog park. Poop stations in the off leash area along with doggie water fountains and bowls and occasionally tennis balls. Easy pit stop when walking around downtown grabbing food or some drinks!

High Point Location
The PorterHouse Burger CompanyWe visited the High Point location (at Palladium) the staff brought our pup a cup of ice water and the cook prepared a burger patty that he hand delivered to her! A rare treat as we don't feed her people food often. Our burgers were delicious and our pup became best friends with each staff member she encountered!

Cute Spot, Yummy Food
Luna CaffeCafe is only two blocks away from where we are staying so it was super convenient. We shared a breakfast veggie wrap and BEC biscuit 😍...so good! Our pup was treated like a customer and was brought a water bowl to cool down after our walk and she enjoyed laying out on the patio. We already plan on going back tomorrow for breakfast!

Awesome Experience
Famous Toastery of WilmingtonStaff loved our pup and we were served the world's largest water bowl for her (topped with ice cubes) AND a peanut butter smothered treat. Highly recommend (oh, and the breakfast was DELICIOUS)

Excellent Dog Friendly Brewery
Front Street BreweryStaff loved our pup and brought her a water bowl along with our drinks. Our waitress was very careful to keep her distance to not step on or spill anything on her while also engaging with her. Great food and even better dog friendly experience.
