The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms were extremely outdated. The photos definitely make it look nicer than it is. The staff was okay, not the friendliest. Also, both of our keys stopped working after the first night. We left the keys in our car while we hiked with our pup all day so we know it wasn’t our phones that deactivated them. Not the best experience when you’re exhausted from a long day and your room is in a different building than the main lobby.

If your dog is easily anxious, afraid of moving things (like elevators or escalators), or sensitive to small spaces then I DO NOT recommend. My husky had a great time. The views are absolutely beautiful. It is a scary ride. I mean you’re going up to over 11k feet so be prepared for how high you are.
