During check-in when I had to sign the paperwork it stated that my dog had to be crated if left alone. On the booking site it didn't say anything about being crated. Once in the room the body wash in the shower was empty. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. The air conditioner made a loud sound when running. At breakfast while sitting and eating, a staff member came up and said my baby could not be there while food was out. I was at a table over near the lobby and not near any other guest. They say they are dog friendly but I didn't see any friendliness during my stay. If I go back, I will look for other accommodations.
