This was a cheap and affordable place to stay. The parking is free and safe. I saw plenty of NOPD cars doing patrols in the morning. This hotel does not have an elevator so keep that in mind if you end up on the 2nd floor. The staff is very friendly and the doggy area is located right in front of the building.
