Had to stay on the top floor. Inconvenient taking Fido out for potty breaks. I asked a week in advance for lower floor.

They were very clean and pet friendly. I will stay there again.

The housekeeper knocked on our door at 8am. My husband asked her what time was checkout. She said 10am. She just wanted us to know she was there. Again at 8:30am she knocks again. My husband called to the front desk and asked what time was checkout and they said 12 noon. He told the clerk that the housekeeper was knocking on our door. The knocking stopped. At 11am when we checked out the front desk clerk profusely apologized. She said they have trouble with that housekeeper. She needs to go to obedience school! Other than that experience the hotel was great. Room was nice, nice location to restaurants, etc.

Not very new. Bath tub had standing water when we got there. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the tub or shower accommodations.
