My two dogs and I stayed here last minute after a dog event that was too long to do in a day trip, and we absolutely loved this hotel! The room was spacious and super clean, with a king size bed, giant TV, fridge, super cold a/c and a nice couch that my one dog kept trying to co-opt, plus a dog walking area outside that was easy to access and well kept up (plenty of poop bags and a garbage can that was emptied regularly). The dogs decided they needed a walk at 3am, and the area still seemed quiet and safe at that time, so if you're coming solo, it seems like a good area to be in.
We were on the 3rd floor since we booked last minute, but right by the elevator (the room was surprisingly quiet despite this), so the dogs had a chance to practice their elevator manners. Everyone we met (staff and guests) were delighted to meet "the puppies" (even though "the puppies" are 5 and 10 respectively), and the hotel just seemed very welcoming to dogs. There was a nonrefundable $50 dog fee (which is the same whether you stay up to four nights), and they do offer the typical discounts for AAA members. If you're a Hilton member, let them know, as they give you a couple of bottles of water when you check in.
We didn't stay for the breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning, but we took a quick look and it smelled good and seemed like a basic hotel breakfast, with fruit, cereal, muffins and a few hot dishes. The only downside to our stay is that we didn't see much in way of restaurants nearby (we wanted to grab something to take back to the room for dinner). There's an iHop connected to the hotel next door and some kind of diner across the street, but neither seemed ideal for takeout, so we drove around and after not finding anything, we ended up just ordering pizza in, which was delivered directly to our hotel door. Overall, we were just really happy with this hotel.
