Nice place

We stayed one night, got in late and left early, but everything was nice. Clean room, nice beds. No problems checking in and there was a grassy area next door for walking around.

Nice spot

Good spot to hang with your pup. they have a shuttle in the area if you have to park farther away and pups are allowed on there too. Outdoor patio is first come first serve and has nice views. They have dog bowls available for water. there is also a nice walking area with grass nearby so if your pup gets bored waiting, our pizzas seemed to take a bit to get out, you can take them for a little walk while you wait.
Nice local beer selection. Food was good, we had the Neopalitan pizzas.

Favorite DP

Great space for large pups. There are actually 2 large dogs areas, but they are connected so it makes a large space. lots of open area, a good sized hill for ball throwing and even a little wooded area.
Winter/spring can be a little slick and then muddy.

Outside of the dog area there are trails for leash walking as well. there are also horse trails although I have never seen a horse on them, just some evidence of their passing. if you take to the trails you will not find garbages along the way, so plan to carry your dogs evidence out. also, this is a Waukesha County Park and they require a park odd or a $5 entry fee.
