It was a cute recently remodeled motel. Not what you think of when you hear motel! The bed was very soft and the shower is a little small. But we were good for 2 nights. Loved how dog friendly it was in the area. Perfect for the three of us!

Dogs are only 10/night per dog in the cabins. They aren't allowed to stay in yurts but they are for cabins and camping areas. They have plenty of well-marked trails around the park. There is an area to walk around the cabin to go potty. There are some cabins that are waterfront too if your dog enjoys the water. Dogs must be on 6-foot leashes when outside.

So I signed the waiver and don’t remember it saying you can’t leave the dog alone but said if you get more than 2 noise complaints you’ll be kicked out. But when we came back to get key they said you can’t leave dog alone. They say no dog on furniture. It’s only a $10/night pet fee which is reasonable compared to others. Dogs aren't allowed in certain areas which is reasonable and said they can go anywhere just clean up.

They brought out a water bowl for our girl and asked to pet her. She had a great time and recommends the nachos!
