Tv, fridge, microwave, and desk staff good but room was filthy and wouldn't use shower - could see where shower cleaner ran soap scum down walls... all but two times flushed toilet with ice bucket.
Asked for spare towels, giy at desk said all he had to give us was two hand towels and a bath mat. I told him about the issues he laughed a quick laugh and threw out an even quicker "sorry". Our dog dribbled water on the floor and I used a wash cloth we had in the room to wipe it. The white cloth looked like I wiped our truck bumper off. I took pictures. I also took pictures of the dirt and random stuff on the floors. We were exhausted from a long trip followed by a visit with a terminally I'll family member so we were unfamiliar with the area or we would have fought for a refund in order to leave. No amount of money will ever make me stay here again.
