We happened upon this place on our way to Ridgeway, CO. Located in historic Salida, we found this on BringFido and WOW! The X-Ray and Centi-Mental IPA’s were the perfect drink to go with their Chili Crisp Grilled Shrimp BAO Buns and their House Smoked Brisket Nacos were out of this world good! We sat out in their outdoor seating area and soaked in their sunshine while listening to classic rock music. The views were terrific. Right up our alley! Bravo!!
