Honestly couldn’t believe such a luxe hotel had pet friendly rooms. The gal at the front desk was so sweet and put us in one of the slightly bigger rooms so the kitties could run around after so many hours in the car. Cleveland was our last stop on our cross country move from Seattle to NYC and this stay was so nice to be our last one. As a cat owner also loved that there were no tight spaces for them to hide, so just an extra plus to an amazing experience.

Comfy stay and great value for price. The gal at the front desk was so sweet and even offered the boys a toy, so nice to feel welcome with our kitties. Only downside as a cat owner is the hole under the bed the cats were able to crawl into. Nothing wrong with the place, just something to be prepared for if your cats are anxious travelers.

Decent value for price. Cat owners be careful -- the bed in our room had a big hole in the box spring under the mattress that our boy climbed up into as a scared cat does while traveling. It was fine, we got him out, but I’m always looking for hotels that have that solid bed base so the next morning isn’t a headache. Otherwise the hotel was cheap, clean, and convenient.

Great value, cozy place, and solid base on the bed so cats don’t have any tight spaces to sneak into.
