Most Wonderful!

We stayed 2 nights at this marvelous gem in Dillon, MT. We were taking a mini vacation with our 2 Shelties and our ESA Chihuahua. This was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed with our dogs, including many high end hotels (and we have shown our dogs for many years). We always get down on hands and knees with a flashlight in the room as we have found prescription meds, candy, even cannabis edibles before. Here, there was none of that and best of all, they have been vacuuming behind furniture!

The king sized bed was comfy and the A/C worked great! The bathroom and mini kitchen were also spotless. The pet area was spotless too with available potty bags and disposal. We usually have to clean up after other dogs at most other hotels. Now I understand it’s the pet owners who are at fault, but hotels don’t seem to care and just leave the mess for incoming tenants. There were nightly fresh baked cookies and a nice breakfast included. The parking lot is shared with another hotel and a newly constructed building but is clean and plenty large enough to give the dogs a nice walk after their long drive.

While the hotel is situated near the I-15 off ramp, there was no noticeable traffic noise. Last but not least, we accidentally left a bag full of irreplaceable items. Before we had even gotten home they called and made arrangements to ship it to us. We have never before had a hotel be willing to ship anything left behind. Even if Dillon, MT isn’t your final destination, this is an awesome place to consider for a stop over along the way with your pets.

4 Bones

Great dog rooms that are kept clean. The suite is great for all your dog gear too. Nice grassy area for potty but horribly full of poop left behind by owners. The hotel doesn’t appear to clean the area either as we stayed 2 separate nights a week apart. The first night I bagged up the entire area. A week later it was packed full again.

Good price, not fancy but clean

We got a ground floor room as requested and it wasn't far from a side door that led to a nice grassy area on the side of the building for our dog. The only reason I don't give 5 bones is that our room was known to have a problem with the lock jamming, even when the key worked. They didn't tell us about it, and unfortunately it jammed after getting some ice, right when we were in a hurry to leave for our event. Also, the next day there was no ice at all in the ice machine. It was a bit noisy too and no one was policing people calling their dogs down the hall in the wee hours of the night, running/screaming/stomping children, etc., but you could have that anywhere. All in all we would stay there again for the convenience of a pretty good, reasonably priced place where dogs are welcome when we have events to attend in Salt Lake City.
