Spent Christmas weekend at Tivoli with our two dogs and it couldn't have been more perfect. Upon arriving early before check-in, the staff told us they would look after our dogs at the front desk if our room was not available yet so we could ski. Luckily our room was available and the staff helped us bring all of our luggage to the room. They were overly kind and generous to our dogs the entire stay and our dogs in return were comfortable and did not bark out of anxiety at all. We just booked our second stay with them for the month of February because of experience with the hotel. Thank you!
