We were welcomed by a manager who said there was a “pet tax”. The pet tax was actually the manager wanting to pet the dogs. The manager then gave us water for the dogs and he put it in a bowl for them. He also gave us tomatoes for the dogs to eat! Very helpful for us and inviting.
