Alexa’s team of Angel’s are fantastic caretakers and care givers for fin, feathered, and furred family members. Alexa’s team has provided drop in and overnight night care for our dogs, horses, canaries, and cats. They are spot-on reliable, conscientious, and great communicators. The team provides timely updates-dates and asks great questions concerning care and scheduling. The team’s performance has given us the confidence to do more traveling, knowing our cherished pets are receiving expert care in our absence.

The staff is friendly and the service prompt. The nachos are fresh and light. The pico de gallo, queso, and guac are fresh, flavorful dips. We loved the fried avocados. The Barbecoa Tacos and slathered burrito were wonderful and enough for two meals. The patio was a nice, dog friendly atmosphere to relax, eat , and socialize with our dogs and other patrons.

We stopped in on a very busy night around 7:30pm. The staff was super friendly. Our waitress brought our dog a huge bowl of water. As busy as they were the service was prompt and the food was very good. We had the French Onion soup, Hot Pepper Balls, pepperoni pizza, hit barbecue wings and the meatloaf dinner. All were fantastic and the portions were huge.

The nightly rate was reasonable for the area. Beware the dog fee and resort fee which are added on arrival. Parking is available on site and included in the resort fee. 28 spots are covered under the south portion of the hotel. The rest are oddly laid out around building. There is no outdoor trash for dog waste disposal. There is little green space around the hotel but the Embankment is the greenway along the Charles River across Soldier Field Way on the north side. There is a Petco across the street on the south side. Most rooms are on the 2nd or 3rd floors. The desk staff were dog friendly.

A beautiful, very popular local, tourist, and dog hangout. If you go in summer be sure to take plenty of water, although slushies and cold bottled water are available from vendors across the road at Boston Common.

We book with La Quinta Batavia for my parents when they visit. They travel with their Corgi. The dog friendly rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. There is plenty of green space to walk the dog. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The pet fee is s little pricey at $25 per night for the first 3 nights. The hotel is easy access from I-90.
