Dog friendly but…..
Sonesta ES Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile - MedicalThe hotel is in a safe, beautiful city neighborhood and everyone was very friendly to our dog. There is a large separate elevator for pets. I would have given it 5 bones but there is nowhere on site for your dog to urinate or poop! You have to take a fast 5 minute walk to a grassy park area blocks away. Not everyone’s dog can wait that long and it wouldn’t be pleasant in the winter. The few grassy areas before this park are all posted “No Dogs.” I appreciate that the hotel allows dogs but dog owners need to know this.

Norwood's Restaurant & Treehouse BarThis restaurant is beautiful with high wood ceilings and pretty surroundings. Very dog friendly
