Cozy/accessible trails/wood fireplace
Banff Rocky Mountain ResortLOVE! Already booked to stay again. I asked and pup was allowed on beds. He had his first uncrated night experience which was hilarious with our teens. Wood burning fireplace and tons of wood. Food from restaurants on site was amazing. Comfy beds/comfortable chairs/little table and chairs outside second door to little forested area.

Rocky Mountain Ski LodgeLoft + 1 bedroom, with a little balcony with plastic chairs. Nice electric/warm fireplace, little kitchen with lots of places to sit. Food bowls, treat, bed provided for pup. Lots of ground squirrels for him to see and hear. Delicious French restaurant “Saje” across the street and close open areas for dogs to explore. Downside is pup not allowed on furniture.
