My small dog Wilson is a rescue...poodle mix. ...15 lbs.

He and I love water sports and want to live in a warm water place a few months of the year at least.

I see that many Caribbean islands have quarantine's making visits of only a month impractical.
Who knows of a good destination for me and my paddle board/kayaking buddy?
