Can’t rate service we didn’t get

After almost an hour we never even got water! Started off with a wait for the patio... holiday weekend at lunchtime, so that was expected. The hostess was extremely disorganized: the wait time for everyone who arrived was different, she seated people who were in line after us, etc. Finally I spoke up and a few minutes later we were seated but still no one helped us. A server zoomed by and said she’d be right with us. 10 more minutes and still no sign of her. Several tables were empty and of the ones that were occupied only one had food, so I knew it wouldn’t be worth anymore of a wait. We went around the corner, were seated outside right away, and food came quickly. So, this place was simply unprepared. Also, I wouldn’t recommend if your pup is anything like mine (small and white) because the patio was SO dirty!!!! I didn’t even want to put her on the ground there! The live music and shade umbrellas may have made up for that, but like I said we never got any service.

Very pleasant

Grand Canyon Coffee and Cafe

Came for lunch on the busy holiday weekend. It was so peaceful on their patio. Good sized water bowl for the pup! Veggie sandwich had fresh grilled spinach, little broccoli, and peppers. Fish tacos were great! Rice and beans not so much, but the homemade salsa made up for that. Overall a nice place and would go again.

Great spot if you’re not in a hurry!

The Palace

The “patio” out back is super dog friendly! Been there 3 times with my pup. The food is great - it just takes forever!! I can’t compare it to the service in the dining room, but it seems like we get forgotten about outdoors... The interior of the place is really cool if you have someone to watch Fido while you peek inside :)
