Nice but a bit far from parking
Clearwater North BeachThe beach is very nice and it is dog friendly.
This beach is in a residential zone. It starts 1 block after public parking stops. Not bad if you are only going with a few things. In our case, we had to walk a lot with many things. Not ideal.
Also, we saw no bathroom nearby. So I would recommend it for a short visit. We went for a couple of hours and it was great.

My dog loved it
Honeymoon Island State ParkI don't know if it's always so calm, it looked like a lake. My dog loved it. She could walk really far inside the water.

Great food
Crabby’s Bar & GrillDogs are allowed at outside seating. Our dog was small and stayed under our table. Don't know how bigger dogs do it.

Great dog-friendly brewery
Cigar City BrewingGreat beers and great food. They allow dogs on the outside tables. It can be a little hot, so maybe avoid peak heat hours when going with your dog.
