Great for humans, not as much for pups
Hyatt Place Denver DowntownThe hotel is great and in a good location for exploring downtown Denver, but it is a high rise with no grassy area near. Plus you’re parked across the street or in a garage, so getting to nearby parks is tough. We’re not accustomed to apartment living, so it wasn’t an ideal situation, but we did enjoy our time!
Dog fun for days!
Cherry Creek State Park Dog Off-Leash Area (DOLA)Our pup (and us) loved this park so much we came back multiple days during our Denver stay. She’s not quite old enough to be trusted off leash, but the small creek area was perfect for her. We even went over to the rest of the park and rented a kayak to spend an hour on the lake and had a great time!
Gorgeous, huge park!
Cheesman ParkThis park is HUGE and has a great little walking trail surrounding the beautiful grassy areas. Visited multiple times during our Denver trip morning and evening and thoroughly enjoyed it.
