Beautiful facility. The condo was very well appointed, and gorgeous. Unfortunately it was on the fourth floor but super quiet. Dogs are not allowed on the patios or left unattended in the room and there is no room service so plan accordingly. Watch for snakes when out for a walk. It would be nice if they had more trash cans for poop pick up. There is a designated dog spot but I didn’t know about it until the day I left.

Pros: gorgeous grounds (reminiscent of a resort in Wailea, HI) stunning views, quiet, they allow pets. Cons: when specifics asked at check-in 'can I have my dogs on the outside balcony to eat,' the answer was no. I could use the picnic area and order a take out to eat there (if I cannot take or leave my dogs anywhere HOW do I go about ordering said take out?). No trash bins in sight for collected poop, and generally made it more difficult to use any of the resort while traveling with pets. I was traveling alone with two large dogs. At this point I would like more information when I book, how ‘friendly’ is the resort/hotel. Would only stay here without pets.

After traveling for 7 hours in the car, we were able to enjoy supper on the patio! P & B we loved on by all the staff and water for the dogs was top priority (love that)!
My food was so flavorful and delicious!

loved the view, the staff was excellent and the food was amazing! They brought a bucket of water for the four legged guests!

We arrived just after noon and fortunately there were many spots to choose from on the outdoor patio! my dogs were warmly received and water was provided for them! we found a shady spot but the staff was offering to open umbrellas and seemed very interested in helping us with anything we needed. loved the food and was so happy to have been so well received! will go out of my way to go back!

Piper enjoyed our 7 month stay! The front desk staff were friendly and greeted us warmly during our stay.
Piper is a 26 kg pit bull and she met many larger and a few smaller canines during her visit!
