Nice rooms and friendly staff

There was construction going on at Salt & Char next door so the sidewalk going from the self-parking lot to the hotel was very narrow but people were understanding of an excited doggo trying to get through. Once inside the hotel though the lobby was thankfully quiet and the staff very welcoming! The room was very comfortable...especially the heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome ice cream!

Magic Fountain Union Creamery

They make the best ice cream cakes. They also sent me home with a free sample of their frozen dog treats ("tail waggers") when I asked about it for my dog but was unsure if he'd like it (he's a picky eater). Very friendly staff!

Had a great lunch here!

Van Gogh's Ear Cafe

Called to check if their outdoor dining area was dog friendly and it was! The outdoor area was empty and we got to choose our table. Service was very friendly and the food was tasty, a very nice lunch with the doggo.
