Very walkable and clean
Louis Armstrong ParkDogs must be on leash, but there are lots of paved trails and benches in the shade. Lots of stairs around the ponds, so just be aware of that if your dog has mobility issues like ours. Was a great place to relax.

Chaotic but Fun
The French QuarterOur large dog didn’t care for the occasional base drum and the frenzied noise, but did enjoy walking some of the quieter areas beyond Jackson Park. Not the most dog friendly spaces but we were still treated nicely and some shops offered water bowls for passing dogs.
