Love the Ambiance - Food not so much!

I loved the service and the ambiance, I would love to return simply for drinks. The food was not very good, in fact the food was tasteless. It's definitely appetizing to the eyes but it's missing seasoning. I hope maybe today was a fluke but reading more reviews there seems to be a lot of people who agree with me.

I loved looking at the different dogs on the huge deck outside. I really loved the location and you didn't have to pay for parking.

Dining with Puppies - Coldwater

We decided to go to Anniston, Alabama and meet up with our good friends. We had three dogs in tow, two little puppies and one larger dog. The staff was so welcoming to our babies and the clientele all wanted to hold the puppies. They were so nice, I really enjoyed the ambiance and the music. The food wasn’t really my cup of tea but next time I will choose something else. Brookie, Bailey and Benji had an amazing time!

Kinda not so good

Prior to arriving we called the hotel and spoke to Jordan. He assured us that our room would be ready when we arrived. Well it was not, the sheets were not on the bed, there were no pillows. Upon arrival I sent my husband down to get us sheets. He came back up without pillows or fitted sheets. It was frustrating to say the least! There weren't any towels, the bathroom wasn't clean. There were so many issues, we chalked it up to being Thanksgiving holiday and tried not to complain.

The breakfast we were told at check in would be from 6- 10am. When we came down at 9 am it was over. This is not a hotel I would highly recommend, the cost vs the experience is not worth it. Oh one last thing, bring your own soap the soap that is in the shower leaves a film on your body.

The one positive I got to bring my dogs! I was able to bring all three of my yorkies and while they didn’t have ANYTHING for them not even a dog bone or a water bowl but wanted to charge me for $50.00 per dog. I was just happy that my whole family was able to be together! So I gave it three bones!
