Not very dog friendly staff or setup
Wolfetrap Grill & RawbarFood and view were good but hostess was horrified that we had more than one (extremely well behaved and quiet) dog. Just a heads up, the high top tables may be hard to sit at with dogs and the picnic tables are so crammed in that there isn’t really space for your dog.
Fun spot with great food
Surfside Burger BarSuper dog friendly! They bring water bowls and treats out for dogs. Food is excellent, we had burgers with a side of mac & cheese bites and fries. So good! One heads up - they have picnic tables and high-top tables. You may want to ask for a picnic table if you need to be closer to your dog to keep under control.
Amazing!
Covered Bridge Farm TableSuper dog friendly, the staff was constantly coming over to say hi to the dogs and brought water for them. Food was fantastic, views were beautiful. They don’t take reservations but the view is so pretty and the covered bridge is fun to admire - the wait time will fly by.
Lobster Rolls are Amazing!
Tamarack RestaurantDog friendly picnic tables outside - just watch out for food potentially mixed in to the rocks in the seat area. Get the jumbo lobster roll and a chocolate frappe and you’ll be full until dinner the next day.
