Not very nice AND paid only
Elmo & Rosalea Marrs Memorial Dog ParkSame as others have said- this is a locked dog park and you need a code to get in. That said, it’s nothing special. No trees at all, a couple of random items for dogs to play in and around, just a dismal, small fenced yard basically. We travel a lot and have been to dog parks that are beautiful, enjoyable for dogs and people, some even with ponds, but Branson holds the distinction of the first one I’ve seen that requires a fee. Be proud Branson! 😂😂
Pet friendly AND Gluten Free
Aldo's Pizza PiesJust left and the fellow waiting on us was fantastic! He brought our girls water in a bowl and even gave them each a little dog treat. He was super apologetic that they didn’t have any GF beer on tap, which is totally not a big deal. The pizzas were all lovely, including the cauliflower crust pizzas. We ordered two and didn’t have any issues with soggy crust. The patio is covered and there are fans. Pretty hot today, but it still wasn’t awful. Only found this place because of Bring Fido! We would definitely come back. Thank you to all of y’all who left a review!
Wonderful place to visit
HerbariaOn our way through St. Louis, we stopped at Herbaria. I’d been wanting to visit for quite a long time, but it’s 5 hours from home. Definitely was not disappointed. They gave us a brief tour and free sample soaps. Everything they make is vegan, but the woman explained that they can’t label it as such because of their “shop dog,” a sweet little white pit named Bubbles. They were very welcoming of our two girls, both heelers, and even brought them a bowl of water. In addition to all of their homemade, vegan, all natural human products they also make dog soap and some dog moisturizer. Super great place.
Large lakeside deck
Jolly Rogers Grub & GrogHuge deck with live music. Lots of other folks had their dogs with them and it seemed like the staff were very accustomed to that. Our waitress brought our girls a bowl of ice water. They even have a dog menu!
The reviews are true
Pete's Rocky Mountain PizzaWe visited based on the glowing reviews and we weren’t disappointed. They brought our girls a bowl of water, which was hugely appreciated. They were so hot and thirsty. The pizza was amazing! Small pet friendly outdoor seating area with a few metal tables and chairs outside. We all loved it.
Great place!
Smith Alley Brewing CompanyThey have a dog friendly patio with picnic tables. It was 93 degrees and about 3:30 when we visited, but it didn’t feel overly hot sitting outside. Another patron was also there with her dog. The drinks were great and very reasonable (pineapple mojito was 6.00) and my significant other got a beer that was awesome. They have food that is also reasonably priced and a great quality. Wish they had a few more vegan options, but the hummus plate was nice.
