Our dog was treated well and she was given a goodie bag with treats, poop bags, paw wipes, and a ball. We were given a room on the first floor right next to the door, which was convenient but also noisy which caused her to bark often. There is not much green space. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Staff treated our Winnie like she was a superstar! The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds are SO amazing and free garage parking is a bonus! There are many shops and restaurants to walk to (even a doggie bakery next door). Green space is across the street from the hotel. We will stay again when in Asheville!

Beautiful hotel. Winnie was super comfortable. We did not receive the royal treatment mentioned in other comments, but we were well prepared and really didn’t need it. Everyone was very kind, and the location was great. Lots of green space, and with just a short walk up the riverwalk, you’re right in town where all the action is. We will be back!
