Overall an ok stay. Felt safe and conveniently located. They did have a little fenced in dog area, which was nice but the latch was broken. The room itself was good; no carpet, bed was comfy but it was not very clean. O’dells Pizza place down the road was a great option for a quick pickup to enjoy in the room and not leave your pup (they may do delivery too).

Front desk staff was really nice, hotel was clean. We requested a first floor room and received it-close to the exit and dog area. Also the location was right next to a gas station and plenty of dining options.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We happened to be in the woodlands with our dogs. I searched to see if there was a pool that allowed dogs near us, so that our very senior lab could swim. I came across Rummy's Beach Club and called! Lisa was so awesome and fit us in on short notice! We ended up taking both dogs (you can take up to 3 per swim session). Lisa has a great dog yard that is fenced in beside the pool area! The dogs got to roam around a bit before getting in the pool! The pool itself is so nice and clean!!! It slopes down gently so dogs can also wade in it. Lisa has all the toys in the world, floats, life jackets and even a little float to keep a dog's head up! Our dogs, especially the older one, absolutely loved being here!!! He closed his eyes and just floated for a little while before going back to chasing his frisbee. They do offer season passes as well!! I cannot recommend Rummy's Beach Club enough!

The location was convenient and they have a small dog area on the side of the property. I took off on my review because I felt that the room itself (specifically the carpet) could have been cleaner). We were on the 2nd floor, which was slightly inconvenient for our senior dog but we were near the exit.

The hotel staff was nice and the location was convenient for us to stop. There were several rooms of dogs that were all in a row. This did make it somewhat difficult for taking dogs in and out. It felt a little stressful for the dogs with strange other dogs going by the rooms. The dogs next door to us barked every time. The furniture in our room definitely looked like it was used by many dogs, which was a little disappointing (but not something I would ding them for, just managing expectations). They did have a good little dog area by the pool in the back of the property which was very convenient!

Once again, we had a room on the first floor that was only a few rooms away from the exit! The front desk staff was very nice and the room was spacious!

I booked the room a few days ahead of time and was so glad I did! The hotel was completely booked! The front desk attendant called me to make sure I was still coming, which I thought was so nice! We got a room on the first floor right by an exit which conveniently had a little path and dog area!
