We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice room. Your room will not be tended to if your dog is in the room (that’s fine we understand). Just informing those that might not know. Semi long walk down to the Gatlinburg strip.

Door frames were torn up and some parts missing due to damage. No phone to call for towels and other items. When we went to our room for the first time it was open about 2 inches and the door had issues shutting and locking.
