We stopped in Staunton on a road trip. When we saw that Blu Point Seafood Co was dog friendly, we were excited to try it out. They had closed off the street which made for LOTS of outdoor seating. The staff was great and the food was delicious.
We were blown away by the dog menu. The staff was very dog friendly. Highly recommend Blu Point if you are in the area.

The food was outstanding at DoGood's Tavern in Myerstown. Dogs were allowed in the back which was covered and comfortable. What really amazed us was that every staff person working that afternoon came out to say hello to Lily. We have had pet-friendly service before, but this was truly above and beyond.
Again, great food with a really eclectic and fun menu. Highly recommend this if you can make it work in your travels.

The hotel was very pet friendly with most of the dog rooms on the first floor near an outside door with a dog walking area nearby. There was a bit of noise on occasion and Lily barked a couple of times, but that happens when others bring their dogs in and out. It was nice to have easy access to getting outside without having to go through the lobby since not everyone is comfortable around dogs. Staff was very friendly and the additional charge was minimal. They also provided a door tag to let others know a dog was staying in the room. Highly recommend.

"I enjoyed seeing other dogs. I hear from two relatively reliable sources that the Davy Jones and Stolen Trailer beers are particularly good. Will return again." ~ Lily

After a day of driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, we stopped for a late lunch at The Cantina. We had the pineapple shrimp tacos (which were good and the coconut rice was excellent) and an order of the black and blue nachos. We recommend both. Lily, our lab enjoyed the attention she got and loved that there were water bowls available. Great service with incredibly nice staff. Definitely recommend.
